The accommodation comprises 5 self-catering apartments that can accommodate either 2 or 3 guests. The open plan loft style apartments, Lemon Tree and the Oak Tree are very similar and feature a main en-suite bedroom on the mezzanine as well as an additional bed and a sleeper couch in the living area, with a second loo on ground level. There are built in braai facilities in the covered entrance patios of these units. The cottage style apartments, Paperbark (1-bedroom), Frangipani (2-bedroom) and Bauhinia (open-plan), include a kitchenette equipped with heat-and-eat facilities such as a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities.

Additionally, there is a TV and access to free Wi-Fi in each unit. There is a mobile braai facility for the cottage style apartments.

There is secure off-street parking, under a carport. The accommodation is close to shops and restaurants in town, with easy access to the Medi-clinic, doctors offices, schools, tourist routes and nearby wine cellars and farms (Nuy, De Wet, Rawsonville and Brandwacht).
